A sound bed under the voice
Point to an MP3 and set its volume: the music sits quietly under the voice, across all your audio. The sound design radio has always cultivated, applied to your articles.
A lone voice over silence can sound a little dry, a little bare. Radio has understood it for a century: a light bed carries the voice and gives a recognisable colour. In article audio, that sound design was missing almost everywhere.
A sound bed under the voice
Give your music's address
A hosted MP3 file, your sound design. You paste its URL in the settings, no studio work.
Set the volume
Discreet by default, to stay under the voice without covering it. You adjust the level until you find the balance that fits you.
Applied to all your audio
Once set, the bed accompanies all your audio. Combinable with your pre-rolls and your per-section settings.
A sound signature
The same bed under each article installs a recognisable brand colour, like a radio ident.
Warmer listening
A voice carried by a light bed sounds less bare, more produced. Listening comfort improves with no effort from you.
You keep control
The volume is adjustable, and discreet by default: the music supports the voice, it never fights it.
Adjustable any time
A field, a slider, save. You change the bed or cut the music whenever you like, with nothing to regenerate.
Media that want a recognisable sound identity, morning briefings and playlists, podcasts, and any newsroom that cares for the listening experience as much as the text.
Ready to give your articles a voice?
Book a 30-minute demo: we set WeDispatch up with you, no complex setup.
What file can I use?
An MP3 available online: you enter its address in the settings. It is your bed, hosted on your side or your CDN.
Who provides the music?
You do. Make sure you hold the usage rights to the track you choose: WeDispatch plays it under the voice, it does not provide the music library.
Does the music cover the voice?
No, unless you want it to: the volume is discreet by default and fully adjustable. The bed stays under the voice.
Does it apply to all audio?
Yes, it is an account setting. The music accompanies all your audio, and combines with your other settings.
