• Account data: name, email, billing information.
• Submitted content: article texts sent to generate audio.
• Usage data: volumes generated, player listens (aggregated measurement).

Purposes and legal basis

Content is processed solely to deliver the service (audio and video generation), on the basis of the contract. It is never used to train models.

Hosting and transfers

Application data and audio files are hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Text-to-speech models may be operated by subcontractors bound by contractual confidentiality commitments.

Retention period

Content and audio are kept for the duration of the contract, then deleted on request.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: write to us at contact@wedispatch.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

This English version is provided for convenience. The French version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
