Choosing the voice article by article does not scale. Doing it by section helps, but stays rigid as soon as you need to combine section and language, or handle a special case. You end up fixing by hand, or leaving everything on a single voice.

A list like if section equals Sports then energetic voice, if language equals English then native voice. You add, reorder, remove.
The first match wins
WeDispatch reads the list top to bottom and applies the first rule that matches. The order is your priority logic, readable at a glance.
The exception keeps control
A voice explicitly requested in a call or via the API always beats the rules. Automatic by default, manual when you decide.
Finer than by section
Rules combine several criteria, where per-section settings stopped at one. You cover cases section alone could not see.
Zero daily intervention
